Silver price - Mjbmonetarymetals - 02-28-2012 04:26 AM Below is just a quote I came across on the web , what's everyone's view on this ? Is another market crash looming And will it take silver down with it ? """""Got a little freebie for anyone reading For any of you guys that trade the actual market or have your 401Ks invested in stocks. I would strongly suggest liquidating everything and going into bonds or cash. S**t is about to get crazy in the next couple of months I know many of you are not fluent in fractal analysis in the marketplace, but even without the technical background, this chart should scare the crap out of any of you who is long the S&P 500. Top chart is the last year and a half before the market topped in 2007 and the bottom chart is what the market has done in the last three years. History has a tendency of repeating itself. RE: Silver price - Victor E. Silver - 02-28-2012 05:24 AM There's no information there that would change the fundamentals of silver. That's not to say that the price couldn't be affected quite dramatically, just as it was in 2008, but you can use that as a great buying opportunity. All I know is that the silver fundamentals are stronger than ever and the last place I want my hard earned money is in fiat currency or bonds. Just my two cents, or maybe ounces is more appropriate.

Yep I leave the Fractal analysis to the experts. Good Research though, you may save someone a massive headache. RE: Silver price - Victor E. Silver - 02-28-2012 06:44 AM They look like very similar patterns at first glance but I guess we'd need an analyst to see how close they really are and if the pattern will hold up. Hubert Moolman, who runs the Youtube channel FractalSigns, is very good at fractal analysis but he hasn't made a video on this subject yet which seems strange. RE: Silver price - daspro - 03-01-2012 01:04 PM Things that make you go Hmmmm... If I have learned anything in the past 2 years it is wise not to ignore these indicators. These 2 charts DO look remarkably similar! Good to keep one's wits about them. I am pretty much 90% in metals. I have a couple of miners left which I will dump as soon as I break even - one can be sure that when the price goes up these mines will be nationalized. Good Luck! RE: Silver price - Ivan - 03-01-2012 01:30 PM that is one scary chart, thanks for sharing. If it does happen then silver will dive down with the market. I am personally waiting for the Greece election, i think if they default we could see identical pattern. |
