i guess it depends on what you plan to do with them and what other coins are in your stash. do you already have some? are you planning to resell them? you wanna hold them short/long term? tough decision. i'd pass if it were me, i feel like they've had their run up...not to say they won't increase in the future. sorry, i know, not much help.

The best deal on ebay was $75 with no shipping charge! If you are buying them for the numismatic value there is some potential (flipping). But on the other hand spot is 28.8 right now so it is a bad bullion play!

i haven't been keeping track of sales on ebay but if their selling for that excluding shipping...seems like a no brainer for a quick flip!!

thanks guys... Anyway i just called the coin shop and they said now they want $53.. then he asked john, the owner, and then he said they were $60 since he just sold 5 of them. I've been keeping track of the ebay prices and in february (when I sold a tube that I picked up for $48 each) they sold on average for $66 each... now on ebay they are in the high 50s and low 60s. I was actually going to trade him my moose coins +$5 each for timber wolves but that deal is off. I guess im just getting some moose coins from goldmart for $3 over spot instead.

sounds like you know your stuff harley and did some due diligence on these timbers. one thing i've learned is that if you have the opportunity and your gut "says go for it"...then, go for it. i presume your gut said that hence the original question? looks like that was a good opportunity missed. too bad, from my experience the chances don't come very often for a good deal on silver. silver is getting more and more attention.

I would buy them all. You know what that coin will be worth ten years from now!

It's actually good I didn't go because by the time I would have arrived, he would only have had 4 coins left at $60 each.I was going to ask him to put them aside for me but I though that hardly anyone knew of these wolves that they wouldn't sell within 20 minutes of me calling. I'm content though
just bought some moose coins for $3 over at the "walmart" of precious metals aka: goldmart LOL I did get to flip some titanic and dragon privy maple leaf coins on ebay though. I'm looking forward to buying the 2012 reverse proof silver eagle. I'm buying it for the love of collecting, not for greed and flipping on ebay!05-14-2012, 08:32 AM
Westminster coins is all sold out.they were selling them for $59.Now all they have is wolf rounds.I still think that the wolf coins will hold on to their value in the future.
