Hi all!

Next week our office is going to Chicago for meetings and we will have some time to kill during the day... and some evenings.. I was hoping to get some recommendations for some really good restaurants (downtown) close to the Gold Coast area. I know there are probably a million of them, so any ideas/experiences would be great! Links would also be nice if you don't mind..(but not required!!)Smile

Also, any sites that you would recommend? I know we were hoping to get to the Shed(?) aquarium, but some nice coin shops would also be interesting!!

Thanks!

http://www.giordanos.com/ Is what I like when I go there, as far as pizza

http://www.superdawg.com/ Amazing hot dogs (just make sure you call them super dawgs...hot dogs don't exist there)

If you feel like taking a trip on the L Train, Woodstock, IL is about an hour away, that is where they shot the movie Groundhog Day, you can eat in the diners, etc...

Chicago isn't much of a "Food" city. You generally have to go East Coast, for all the really good food stuff.

You could always do the Sears Tower thing, and the other tourist destinations.
