Very nice. I pulled the trigger on a roll of the 2012 'Moose' Maples. Price was a bit higher than I hoped but oh well.

RE: what'd you buy today
Hmmm pulled the trigger in the am just as i saw things moving up towards 36 and the exchange rate hit a good point, spent the months salary picking up a fair few rolls of 1/2 and 1/4 oz a but seeing as its been bugging me I have no small weights I figured it was time I rectified that little problem.Prices were still the same as last weeks prices, with no fees, tax or postage on top im pretty happy.

Well for starters there are private sellers, tax free havens and some strange limits and rules on what is and isnt taxed and the amounts. For instance theres a certain island off the English coast that dosnt have to charge tax for any purchase under £15 so for small price items its a bargain. Incidently its also where Amazon UK warehouse and a host of big online warehouses are also based for exactly that reason. Ask your cousin if hes ever wondered why these places can often offer things that much cheaper. Btw the UK Gov close that loophole on April 1 this year so tell your cousin he'd better move sharpish ![]() Just have to do some homework on what and where they are, no one will advertise it but there are deals are out there... I feel your pain nigerian. I have spent the last five months paying off debt. I just purchased a handgun. That means march will be the last month i have to pay off my cc's. Then once april is over i will have paper to spend on silver. It has been so hard to not buy silver these last few months. I failed a few times, lol. Hence the reason it has taken so long to pay off the cc :-p |

RE: what'd you buy today
Yup, I just started putting some on eBay. People are willing to pay upwards of $50 per ounce so why not sell some. I'm trying to take Robert Kiyosaki's advice and create a small cashflow business while silver is deciding which way to go. I rode the $50 pop and didn't unload anything and now I kind of regret it. So my new philosophy is strong buying mixed with strong selling. Eventually manipulation will step in and crash the price, posing yet another beautiful buying opportunity. P.s. my purchase I outlined below was made at $35.55, right before the huge rise! So i'm happy.

Invested in PSLV today. Waiting for a further drop to purchase a second batch. (These are in my RRSP so no choice to go with PSLV)
Glad I was smart enough not to buy yesterday. |
