What's going on over at Doc's site? Did he forget to pay the internet bill or is my computer just screwing up ?

When I go to the site, I just get a godaddy screen asking "is this your site"...blah blah blah.

I don't know why I care, I really am not a big fan of silverdoctors...I go there because I do.

Just curious why?

Anyone else have any dealing with SD Bullion?

The prices looked good at first glance.

I actually haven't ordered from them before, but I would without worry IMO. I bop into their site daily and have for about a year. I like Doc and Bullrun and think they post informative, useful information just like this site. This is not an endorsement, but I would not have any concerns myself about ordering from them.

RE: silverdoctors.com
Quote:I have no worries about their bullion site, though their prices are still high for low quantity orders which is why i havent ordered from him. My main annoyance with the doc is that sometimes he jumps the gun writing an article and doesnt do enough investigating. That's fairly rare. But what he does do all the time is take recent articles from zerohedge and even bjf and others and rehash them in a way that he doesnt specifically say they are his own ideas but the way they are written often give the impression that they are.

I'd rather just read the source in those cases. That said, he does occasionally have a light bulb moment and that is why i still visit the site.

Ok thanks for the feedback

I was mostly interested in their 90% junk silver.
Some places charge sales tax and they don't.
Some places are far away from me, like in CA and the shipping really adds up.

They are .10 over spot on $100 face which is what I have doing lately whenever the price dips.

I'd rather pay .10 over spot than sales tax and big shipping cost

They use Fed-x and UPS which is more expensive than flat rate USPS, but the packages are trackable via the web. USPS tracking is a joke

RE: silverdoctors.com
I have removed my statements relating to the silverdoctors website. The discussion began before I was a moderator and now that I am I don't want anyone mistaking my personal beliefs for an official endorsement or reprimand of them.

Anything said was my own personal opinion.

Assumptions are the most dangerous things in the universe.
