gold/silver and gold/copper ratio

We know very well that the gold/silver ratio is higher than what it is in the ground. I was curious to find out if this was the case for other metals. Here is with the gold/copper ratio:

What about other metals, I haven't look at that yet.
Also, I don't have an historical perspective on the gold/copper ratio.
