That is one of my buy points as well. I want to lower my average buy cost and while I'm not trying to pick a bottom I've just had this feeling since Jan that we will see $22.

Yes, right now is a good time to stack. I think under $30 is a bargain, and will not last longer. I believe QE3 will announce sometimes between the month of August-September 2012.

In the meantime, keep stacking folks. Smile
