Well this is yet another outrage here in the UK, we now going to bump up house prices with some tax payers money rather than letting the market find true value.

Yup its nuts aright and targeted at new housing to support these big housing companies. Short term it will shore things up for a while longer and support house prices here I expect, for how long I don't know. Another trap to enslave even more to unaffordable debt. The people know this is wrong hence the outrage. You can be sure though there will be plenty of sheeple taking up the offer.
