The Half Ounce Lunar Dragons Are Selling Faaaaast

There are only 418 left on APMEX. I attempted to take a gander at the price earlier this morning, but the server was overloaded.

I put in an order in Gainesville right before the price spiked. I'd be shocked if there were any in APMEX by the end of the weekend though.

I am just posting this as a reminder to anyone that is interested as they have already sold nearly 1000 of them since Wednesday night on APMEX.

Down to 247 now. I ordered a handful from Gainesville. I was reading the description and it said there were 500,000 of them minted. How limited is that? I have NO knowledge of this type of coin...lol. I'm buying based solely on BrotherJohn's recommendation. (I noted the price jumped by more than a dollar each within 15 minutes of when I placed my order.)

I take it this is one of those coins I don't want to acid test, right? JK! Bwwahahaha!

Perth mint coins on average are the best quality coins on the planet. The year of the dagon is HIGHLY desirable. This price is an amazing price. That mintage is extremely low. The 2011 timber wolf, for example(which is selling for almost twice spot) is a mintage of 1,000,000

Great! I'm glad I hang w/the right kind of people who can advise me about this sort of thing. I've bought purely for silver content to this point, but these coins sure are purty.

That is exactly how I've felt for quite some time. 99% of the Phyzz is purely stacking but I just could not in good conscience pass these up.

I just picked up one of the 10 oz lunar dragons, I like the fact they are around the same price as the koala and kooks for the 10oz and plus bigger is better to me when it comes to silver!!!

Just don't expect the 2-32 oz coins to develop a great premium. The premium does grow, but not nearly as well as the 1oz and 1/2 oz. Spend a few months browsing apmex and gainesvillecoins inventories and you'll know this to be true.

So I saw the video last night - and also thanks to Brother John for answering my question about China - you also featured the 1/2 Lunar Dragon and I thought - cool - I should get a few of those before they are sold out - and then I did nothing . . . Next time, I will listen better to that little voice in my head.

They are only out at APMEX... they still have them at Gainesville.
