Taxpayer bonds
BrotherJohnF,
Thanks for all your work I have been a fan for over a year now. I hope you are doing better with your medical situation and I have remembered you in my prayers. I posted this in the comments on YouTube but decided to post it here to. Recently I came across information that US became a corporation per congressional Acts of Feb 21 1871 which made D.C. a corporate municipality that could sue and be sued. Later that corporation became the Federal government by assuming power as the de facto government, eliminating the republic. Now, when you are born you are given a birth certificate, certificate implies ownership or debt. Your name on that document is in all caps, which in the US styles manuel states is a government entity, corporation, or a deceased person. The proper noun of someone's name only the first letter is capitalized. This is the case with all government and legal documents, and what I have seen is that your silence is considered consent to being identified as this entity rather the the individual person. The entity is what enters in contract with the corporate government when you get a marriage license, divers license, etc. Your birth certificate is sent to Vital Records, then to the Census Bureau in the Department of Commerce. After that, the Depository Trust Company creates bonds on the future taxes that entity will pay. Those bonds are then sold to the Treasury, who uses them as collateral to issue treasuries, bills, and notes. Apparently, it is all in how you define your terms. The united states of America is a sovereign nation, but the US, United States, and the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are all purportedly corporations with registered trademarks. I am not trying to get into some conspiracy theory but from all my research this seems to be true. Also involved in this is something to do with the difference between legal and lawful. Given your experience in legal and financial matters, I thought you would be the person to ask to see if this is a road that is worthy to keep investigating or if it is something that is fruitless and not worth looking into. Thanks and God Bless, Silver Guru |
