Dude its a government document and its only 6 pages long. They practically start the document with the manipulation story and are crazy vivid and blunt and end the document with a chart. Wow

Oh wow they got inflation adjusted chart. Internet is flooded with those. I didnt say their data is wrong. The way they presented it however is fked up.

Etfs are safe

gold and silver is at the top and its looking like a bubble, yet what the chart shows is a diffeeent story. But how many out of ten will look at the chart with analytical approach? id say 1 out of 10. The restvwill buy the crap about pms being an ivestment "historically" rather thana tool to invest with

Dudesome your exposed, Inflation adjusted chart my Arse! It's showing a ratio of silver to gold. and 1:60 and at some points 1:90 when it was at least 1:15 for thousands of years its ridiculous. It's obviously rigged and well....

It's a government document silver is not a good fractional reserve investment because the market is manipulated illegally. Dude you cant get more clear than that in a government document. It's the truth and fractional reserve commodities/bullion trders i.e. COMEX is a scam, Dude thats blunt. Wow Your exposed as someone who needs a tutor.

The document tells you to buy physical only if you can defend it. It's a pretty big fc'ing deal. When we say the market is manipulated we are now stating government fact and are no longer conspiracy theorist

Thank you and good work South Carolina and Utah. I will be using this document while helping all my family and friends extract their money out of the b/s paper game and get them into real tangible assets(precious metals) (silver mainly)!

I found it worth posting for a few reasons:

1) Even though they conclude NOT to invest state funds into the metals, the reasons they give highlight and draw from what many of the silver & gold commentators have been saying for years, but were branded as conspiracy theorists.

2) I am yet to see any other state department of any kind make any comments on the naked-short selling of gold or silver contracts.

3) The issue of rehypothecation is alive here, with the concern over the availability of gold bars when people (or groups) stand for delivery. They comment on several people having claim to the same underlying asset...if you were responsible for taxpayers funds (i.e. other peoples money) I wouldn't want to invest in something that I'll lose either...lol

Overall, it's a step in the right direction imo. Not huge fireworks, but another important small step. Take from it what you will.
