I've created an XL sheet (Too large for php post_max_size directive, you can DL here xl sheet):

DATE,
USD (close fix in USD),
MM200 (moving average),
MM200/USD and
order (with cond. format BUY/SELL/-)

sorry, it's a french XL, you might want to translate "SI" to "IF" and "MOYENNE" to "AVERAGE"

and here with slv and hui added

and I think you really have to double-check this, I'm just back from holidays and very tired.
