Silver If This Level Breaks, It's Game Over - your verdict?

Hi Brother John F, love your blog and YT channel. Been trying to stack silver for a while, hard on a tight budget but I try my best. I believe in the long term fundamentals but fear the short term picture isn't so rosy. For example, I watched this today:

Which was sent to me by a trader called Alessio Rastani. Mr Rastani is a decent guy, I've emailed him a couple of times in the past and he's had the courtesy to reply and my gut instinct tells me he knows what he's talking about. His calls are often correct. In short he is saying silver has tested this low 5 times (see the vid) and he fears if it breaks below this level silver is toast and will quickly move as low as $22 before testing another low. What is your verdict on this? This isn't going to shake me out of silver, but it would make me think twice possibly about buying any right now knowing there is a chance it might drop a fair bit lower as yet.
