Apmex has them cheaper, 41.21(check or wire) and cheaper if you're buying a large quantity.

Can someone please explain ebay's fees and the paypal fee on say a 1 oz silver round to sell?

for a new seller anywhere from 12% to 14% combined(depending if it's auction style or buy it now). This is a large reason why prices on ebay are so much higher. Costs get transferred to the buyer.

One more question, what net profit margin does one exspect on selling silver rounds on ebay?
