Precious Medals price drop

Thanks for all your hard work. My question is in regard to the future price of the medals. Given the price drop in the medals we saw in the crisis of 2008 that was followed by the sharp rise, should we expect the same type of movement in the next crisis we face? If so, would it be wise to wait for the next big drop we have been thinking is coming for a purchase, assuming already having a holding in physical? I know that the major sellers like APMEX usually short their inventory as a hedge, so do you think if the price were to drop that we would be able to buy at that price? Thanks again.
