Moose - the next wolf??

RE: Moose - the next wolf??
Anyone have an idea how many moose are left?

There are a million each of the series and this coin is number four. I have a few - waiting to get more - but playing the game on pricing - hoping for sub $30CDN silver and then I might pick up a couple of tubes.

I am not aware of any method for tracking current sales on a limited mintage for any of the official mints until the message says "unavailable" or "sold out"

RE: Moose - the next wolf??
Someone on one of the sites put in their review that the words don't overlap on the picture itself on the moose, while the others so far do.

Just a minor thing. I wonder if this is how they will do the last two coins as well.

I'm aware of that. The OP was asking if there is a way to check how many of that 1million have already been minted and sold.

RE: Moose - the next wolf??
poor cougar...

i think the demand for the cougar will pick up once the series is completed. most of us will want a full set when the last coin is released. i mean, i like the cougar but the general consensus is it's ugly but we all have one. personally it's my second fav.

RE: Moose - the next wolf??
I like the Moose as well. I think if leaf and twig eaters had the same cachet as a carnivore the Moose would be right up there with the wolves.

Dragonfly to address your hope that the moose will get to $30,I just dont see that happening. The lowest that I saw them over the last week or so was $35 each.If silver should drop to the mid 20s I believe that most dealers will list them with the dreaded unavailable.

Agreed, $30 moose is a dream few would ever experience in real life.

Perhaps I am dreaming. Is that what dealers would do though? Stop selling the coins even though they are in stock? I haven't been stacking long enough to know what happened last year when there was a big dip. Did coins suddenly become unavailable until the price went up again??

They'd sell, the premium would just go up.
