Money supply and effects on Silver

I just love your channel and website; thank you so much for the work you do!

I was curious of your thoughts on the total money supply actually.. drum roll... maybe shrinking??; and its effect on silver priced in dollars. This is a lingering doubt I have in my mind about future PM prices.

If I go over to shadowstats.com and look at the total money supply (m3) chart I believe this chart is telling me the total amount of debt created dollars out there is actually stuck in the mud since 2008. (Who knows if it is accurate as the fed stopped publishing the M3 data in 2006 - another good conspiracy topic but I'm off track ).

Will the insidious central bank counterfeiting that funds government spending, outweigh the crashing effects of the people simply being unable, or unwilling, to take on more loans in this depression? Can the total money supply crash or at least flat line and prices of silver still sky rocket? Will the powers that be change the game as the people figure out the scam?
