RE: Graphene....Can it replace silver?
I moved this into the General Discussion, because I wanted to answer it.
Replace it in what way? Graphene is a man made Carbon based Nano-Mesh.. It holds 0 value when it comes to inflation or deflation. So I am assuming you mean will Graphene replace Silver in things like electronics, since Graphene is very good at conducting electrical current. For that, I think yes it could, if it became cheap to make. Right now it is a very intensive manual labor process. Silver, you get it, melt it, use it. I never considered a difference of opinion in politics, in religion, in philosophy, as cause for withdrawing from a friend. -Thomas Jefferson To achieve Liberty and Peace two powerful Human emotions must be overcome. Number one is Envy. Number two is Intolerance. - Ron Paul I believe Banking Institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies - Thomas Jefferson People willing to trade their freedom for temporary security deserve neither and will lose both. - Benjamin Franklin |

RE: Graphene....Can it replace silver?
graphene, that's what it was called! I remembered hearing about some substance that behaved like silver. How hard is it to make right now, realistically? Any good news sources about the substance?
