Video FINDING A POCKET OF GOLD
Great example of a Gold Pocket inside a clay seam within an epithermal vent. This very rare chance to see how wire gold and nuggets form in a clay seam. To order the DVD e-mail us at http://www.explorenevada@yahoo.com. Enjoy.

$479 for 9 grams of pure gold(if that was pure) at spot of 1650 per ounce. Wonder how long it took him to get that, lol.

I bet it was an all day affair to gather, dry, crush and wash and clean. wouldn't be too bad for a days pay. Smile

Wow! Interesting but such a lot of work for 9 grams of gold.

RE: FINDING A POCKET OF GOLD
Just reading an article on the declining quality of silver ore in the US. Amazing that in under 60 years ore quality goes from 1.35oz/ton(1935) down to .11oz/ton(1993)!
Imaging in 1935 you had to move (and process) a ton of rock and soil to get just over an ounce of silver. Makes you think how cheap it is at $30 oz - especially now when 1 ton of rock and soil will get you only .11 an ounce!

The difference is machinery. It keeps us from realizing just how hard it is to get silver now.

Thats right, the machinery is improving everywhere. every month the FEDs are buying new printing press parts and equipment in which they must borrow and/or print to get. And with that the feds slide-of-hand techniques are improving somehow making silver cheaper all the while harder to find. LOL Smile

yes this is all true. From what i have seen there are more mines here and overseas poised to come online this year. Not sure what thi will do to prices but i would think it makes silver cheaper - for now.

How long did it take him to find it though, is the real question.

Like the guy said, "If you want gold you gotta work for it". He was not joking and it seemed like that was many days work for $500.00
