I'm not so sure this is true. As pointed out elsewhere on the web, none of those agencies appear to exist, nor does the law it purports as authorization. Also, if you take a look at Megaupload.com, which still has the REAL seizure notice posted, it has glaring differences. DHS can't just seize a website (at least not yet), they would require a court order. Also, as someone else pointed out, their whois info hasn't changed and it did for Megaupload.

The only thing that gives me a bit of pause is the fact that their Youtube channel was taken offline allegedly for multiple third party complaints about infringement. I'm not sure how they could fake that part of it. It will be interesting to see how this plays out, but at this point, I'm leaning towards hoax.

I can't get the site to stay on the screen...I had it on for a couple seconds and then I got kicked off. To get the site on my screen at all I had to try multiple times......hmmmm

Now it says it is in Maintenence Mode. The site was not shut down by anyone. This is a giant hoax
