The massive loop-hole is that as soon as you get the 1st privy coin for $60, which is already selling for $120 on eBay, you can go ahead and cancel your subscription. You're really not tied down to anything. I've already discussed this with two representatives at the mint and they assured me that you are not tied down to anything.

I urge EVERYONE to watch this video of someone I found on YouTube who has received the first few coins in the set and also received the wooden case that comes after your 4th coin in the12 month subscription. You also receive a Maple Leaf watch with your collectors set. The set is limited to 10,000 made and although you are spending close to $1,200 by the end of 12 months, I would estimate this complete set to sell on eBay for over $1,600 easily.

(NOTE: I might sound like a salesperson for RCM, but I really have no affiliation to them. This deal isn't available on the website and is hidden to the public so I just want to make sure you guys know what you are passing up. The video I posted above SCREAMS collectors item and since I love coins, I might as well look at following through with a subscription as an investment.
