Calculating outstanding revolving credit

Glad to see you back with a cleaner bill of health and congrats on such a successful blog that is changing countless lives.

I first got into silver stacking after reading Michael Maloney's book on precious metals investment several years ago. One of the key points in his book is the calculation of monetary base and outstanding revolving credit to determine a price target for gold and silver to account for.

If you look at the real time debt clock as you have in previous videos you can get a exact number for our current monetary base (M1) but I'm still unsure as to how to calculate our outstanding revolving credit? Any insight on this calculation would be greatly appreciated.
