To evaluate justification for the legality/illegality of something you need to ask the following 2 questions.
If it was always legal, would there be a logical reason to make it illegal? If it was always illegal, would there be a logical reason to make it legal? If you can clear your head of all preconceptions this test will often reveal surprising truths. Apply this to alcohol, marijuana and gay marriage or anything else that could be considered close to the fence and you may be surprised what you find. |
