Maybe it's just me, but it certainly seems that there is a big build up of tension going on right now and that something is going to happen soon.

There are rats from Wallstreet coming out of the woodwork to point fingers at each other. There is threat after threat levelled at Iran. There has been 358 executives from top world banks, investment houses, and money funds resign this year.

There seems to be an increase in speculation that there will be a bombing in London during the Olympics this summer, and that Big ben may vvery well be the target.

It seems to me the pot is starting to boil over a little bit and I am just wondering what it is we can expect from all of this, or maybe its just my imagination.

the week chart is pretty flat, especially for silver!

Add to your list that the CME stopped clearing Euro derivatives. There's something else about the CME that I can't remember right now. Didn't the head retire?

As a matter of fact he did at the ripe old age of 49. You are correct about the CME as well. I will also add there seems to be more speculation that the USS Enterprise will be sunk in the Persian Gulf during her last tour as she is ready to be decomissioned. This will aslo be blamed on Iran and could be the match that lights the fuse for the military strikes we have been hearing about.

It could be. Times like this when everything seems to be coming to a head happen every so often. It's like crying wolf, after a while you get apathetic. That's probably intentional.

Let me guess, he retired to spend more quality time with his family?
