Some people have had their posts marked as spam. I have corrected this I believe. I need some help though. If you are being marked as spam when posting, please PM me directly, and let me know the Thread, you are trying to post in, and your reply.

I have noticed a lot of the Spam markings come from short replies/generic phrases "Keep up the good work", and also quoting original posts, that have material in them, that makes them look like Spam. For example, the Silver Sweepstakes post. If you quote that, the system thinks YOU are trying to promote something, and bumping it up to the top.

Also, there is a 3 post ban. If you are makred as spam 3 times, it will ban you.

haha. Don't try to get intentionally blocked. I marked some forums, to not scan for Spam messages, as I can find them easier this way. This is one of those forums Smile

It should tell you when you try to post, that your post is spam.

I have removed Akismet from marking posts as spam.

With the registration process having good Captcha, I think we can spare this.
