could be just a small pull back. but you have to be crazy to buy them at that price. and the best part is, pretty much every mutual fund owns them. Big Grin

I was thinking this morning that BJF called AAPL. I hadn't noticed Priceline. Hope ya'll like roller coasters, because I have a feeling we are in for a heck of a ride.

FWIW AAPL is back up to 595ish as I type this. I bet it closes at 600 or higher today.

It was easy to see it was going to happen.

AAPL will crash eventually. Over the next 3-4 years of life cycle on their products, will be key. It will be the first true products, sans Steve Jobs. Jobs already did the iPad3, and iPhone5.

This is where I am curious to see how it will go. Most of AAPL's success came from Jobs, and his marketing/business strategy.

Their earnings call is next Tuesday. Generally the days leading up to an earnings call people will sell some, and leave some. The idea being, their earnings suck, you know their price is going to tank.

Excuse my ignorance here. But, can't Apple exaggerate the numbers to look better than they are? (If they are low.) Doesn't everyone do that in big business?

What do you mean? AAPL can't exaggerate their stock price.... They can play with the numbers to make them look better, of course every business does this.

There is always a sell off on a stock before their earnings call, unless it is blatantly obvious how well it has performed. It is an investor safeguard.
