Free-Market Analysis: According to the Golden Age of Science Fiction, some 80 years ago, we are supposed to be sightseeing on the moon and planning relaxed getaways to Mars by now. Instead, we are seriously discussing methodologies of torture and listening to justifications by top U.S. officials like Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta.
