Republican Congressman Paul Ryan voted with Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats to kick the fiscal can one more time.
He has shown his true colors. For all his rhetoric and charts in 2012 on the dangers of federal debt, he buckled under pressure.
He was the Great White Hope for Tea Party voters last November. He was the symbol of the Republican Party’s backbone on budget reform.
He was, indeed. Now he has shown what his Republican backbone is made of: silly putty.
We were told by Republican conservatives to support the ticket in November. The horrors of Obama were just too great.
Now Republicans get Obama. He holds a rope. The rope loops inside a ring. The ring is in Paul Ryan’s nose.
